Campground Review: Park Delta Bay – Isleton, CA

Campground Review: Park Delta Bay – Isleton, CA

We visited Park Delta Bay  in the fall of 2016 and used its central Northern California location to visit many area attractions in between San Francisco and Sacramento.

Park Delta Bay Overview - Isleton California

The park is located along the San Joaquin river and accessed by a series of windy levee roads.  While sometimes  rough and narrow any size RV can access the park.

This 16 acre park includes full hookup RV sites 12 Cabins and a few tent sites.   Most RV sites offer 30Amp service with a few 50 amps sites available and all have sewer hookup.

The park offers many amenities such as a communal clubhouse with free wifi access. Propane filling stations, Pool (although not open during the winter),  Tennis Courts, Laundry Facilities, and Clean central bathrooms and showers.  The park also offers an off leash dog park for your furry friends.

The park is open year round and offers monthly rates for RV sites and is tiny house friendly.

Across the street from the park is the delta bay marina that has a general store where you can get basic groceries and general supplies or enjoy the sunset over the water.

From the park there is plenty to see and do such as boating on the river, taking a drive to Napa, San Francisco, or Sacramento or just enjoying the plentiful birds and nature that surround the park for some Rest and Relaxation.

We enjoyed our stay at Park Delta Bay and will consider visiting again in the future.

This must be the most ideal dating spot for me! I have always been one for walks, and this is just incredibly stunning. The lake is brimming with greatness and I just want to have a nice peaceful walk down there. I think that this is also one of the most romantic places to hold a date in. Just imagine walking down there with your lady, running and just admiring the place. It would make my heart race that is for sure.
